Submit Your Sample
A Chain of Custody must always be submitted in order for us to identify the samples and the analysis required. Please include the sample ID you would like us to include in the report along with the analysis code which you can find in our Testing Capablilities/Prices list.
Both files are available for download in the links below.
After downloading our COC and once it has been completed please forward it to [email protected]
We will let you know once we have received the samples in our laboratory and will advise on a turnaround time if required.
Turnaround time (TAT) is 10 business days from the day we receive the samples. If you require a faster TAT or you are sending a larger batch (more than 50 samples) please contact us.
Soil Water Analysis will store any remaining samples for 6o days and once that period ends we will contact you in order to get your approval for disposal or arrange return of samples.
